The invention is directed to a method of aiding skin hydration and repair, post laser or trauma, by increasing the formation of elastin and collagen. The method involves administering a frozen composition that comprises a combination of (a) a regenerative cream comprising high concentrations of antioxidants and (b) an individuals' platelet rich plasma.
