PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors in mammals, and to provide a method of using these same compositions.SOLUTION: The invention provides an isolated antibody comprising a particular Kabat complementarity-determining region (CDR) sequence, cells which produces the antibody, an isolated nucleic acid encoding the antibody, as well as a method for diagnosing the presence of tumor in mammals using the antibody, and a method for therapeutically treating mammals with cancerous tumor. The invention also provides an isolated antibody further comprising a VH acceptor human consensus framework sequence of any one of some particular sequences, and a VL acceptor human consensus framework sequence of any one of some particular sequences different from the sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
