PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens processing device and a spectacle lens processing method enabling specular processing of various finished states and an operator to perform desired specular processing.SOLUTION: The spectacle lens processing device includes lens rotation means for holding a spectacle lens on a lens chuck shaft to rotate it, and processing tool rotation means for rotating a processing tool fixed to a processing tool rotary shaft, and specularly processes the peripheral edge of the spectacle lens. The spectacle lens processing device further includes setting means for setting the transparency of a specular surface of the spectacle lens, and control means for controlling the lens rotation means and the processing tool rotation means to perform specular processing based on processing conditions set according to the transparency set by the setting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
