PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteosynthesis plate enabling the bones in both sides of a fracture part to be surely captured and fixed while both sides of the fracture part are about to have bone dislocation in different directions.SOLUTION: An osteosynthesis plate 1 has: a first support part 11 located in the side of a first bone surface 91 of the bone; a plate connecting part 14 which is located along a bone transition surface 93 moving in a direction substantially orthogonal to the first bone surface; a second support part 12 contacting the area which is not facing just in front of the first support part 11 in the second bone surface 92 of the bone which bends from the plate connecting part in the substantially orthogonal direction and is in the opposite side of the first bone surface.
