PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear device capable of rationally supporting a pinion inside of a case accommodating a pinion and a face gear.SOLUTION: A gear device includes a pinion 2 having a first end portion 2b connected to a driving portion M and a second end portion 2c different from the first end portion 2b, and driving and rotating around a first rotating shaft core X, a face gear 1 rotating around a second rotating shaft core Y different from the first rotating shaft core X, and engaged with the pinion 2, and a case 3 accommodating the pinion 2 and the face gear 1. The second end portion 2c of the pinion 2 is held in a region opposed to the face gear 1, and a holding portion 5 for preventing the pinion 2 from separating from the face gear 1 in driving the pinion 2, is disposed inside of the case 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
