PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from being drained from a drain pipe by acceleration.SOLUTION: On a vehicle body of a forklift truck, a fuel cell and a reservoir part for storing water that is generated with power generation by the fuel cell are packaged. A drain pipe 40 communicates to the reservoir part. The drain pipe 40 includes: a first drainage part 41 extending in a horizontal direction, and a second drainage part 43 extending upwards from the first drainage part 41. Within a water level measurement part 44 of the second drainage part 43, a float 52 is accommodated so as to be vertically movable within the water level measurement part 44. The float 52 has a biconical shape. The float 52 includes a through hole 53 that penetrates in a height direction (axial direction). A diameter of the through-hole 53 is small in comparison with that of the water level measurement part 44. Within the water level measurement part 44, an annular stopper 51 is fixed. The stopper 51 is positioned higher than the float 52 and lower than a highest part 44a within the water level measurement part 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
