a first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a thermoelectric conversion device arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate; a first joining member arranged between the first substrate and the thermoelectric conversion device; and a second joining member arranged between the second substrate and the thermoelectric conversion device; wherein the first joining member contacts the first substrate, a difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the first joining member and the first substrate is higher than a difference of thermal expansion coefficients between the second joining member and the second substrate, and the first substrate and the second substrate are a silicon nitride and a zirconium oxide, respectively. |
