Provided are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor. In the array substrate, the adverse effects of a high temperature manufacture procedure on a colour resist layer (8) in the process of preparing TFT are avoided through uniformly providing a black matrix (2) and the colour resist layer (8) on the array substrate, and providing the colour resist layer (8) on a TFT layer (21). In addition, in order to prevent the array substrate from electric leakage, a top gate-type TFT structure is adopted in the TFT layer (21), thereby enabling a liquid crystal panel to have a higher display quality. In the method for manufacturing the array substrate, firstly, the black matrix (2) is formed on the substrate (1), secondly, the TFT manufacture procedure is performed on the black matrix (2), and then the colour resist layer (8) is further formed after the TFT manufacture is complete, so as to achieve the manufacture of both the black matrix (2) and the colour resist layer (8) on the array substrate; in addition, due to the formation of the colour resist layer (8) after the TFT manufacture procedure, the adverse phenomenons, such as bubble generation caused by gases produced by colour resist volatilization during the high temperature manufacture procedure in the process of preparing TFT are avoided, which effectively improves the display quality of the liquid crystal panel and improves the yield of the product. |
