METHOD FOR PREPARING INDUCED PLURIPOTENT STEM CELL LINE FROM ADIPOSE-DERIVED MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS, AND OBTAINED CELL LINE

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pluripotent stem cell line induced from mesenchymal stem cells and the induced pluripotent stem cell line (accession number: KCLRF-BP-00319) obtained by means of same. More particularly, a method for preparing an induced pluripotent stem cell line, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining mesenchymal stem cells from human adipose tissues; (b) forming the mesenchymal stem cells into a colony by means of a dedifferentiation culture medium comprising an Ecklonia cava extract; and (c) obtaining an induced pluripotent stem cell line by subculturing the colony. An induced pluripotent stem cell line, according to the present invention, has been prepared by the inventors of the present invention for the first time. A pluripotent stem cell line, according to the present invention, can be differentiated into various cells and enables treatments of various diseases and illnesses by means of a cell transplantation therapy.
