Disclosed are amino-substituted bouchardatine derivatives, and a preparation method and application therefor. The derivatives are shown in formula (I), wherein: R is -(CH2)nR1, n being 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; R1 is selected from: (1) a phenyl group substituted with one or a plurality of R2s; (2) a five-membered or six-membered nitrogen- or nitrogen and oxygen-containing heterocyclic group; (3) an amino group substituted with one or a plurality of R3s; (4) a C1-6 fatty alkyl group or a C3-6 cycloalkyl group; (5) a hydroxy group; (6) hydrogen; R2 is selected from: (1) an amino group substituted with one or a plurality of R4s; (2) a halo group; (3) a C1-3 fatty alkyl group; (4) hydrogen; R3 is a C1-4 fatty alkyl group; R4 is a C1-3 straight chain alkyl group. The derivatives significantly block the differentiation and adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes, reduce the cholesterol content in HepG-2 cells, and have the effects of combatting obesity and easing fatty liver generation.
