The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aqueous dispersion of α－olefin-(meth)acrylic acid ester-based rubber particles, the aqueous dispersion having excellent storage stability and oil resistance for a molded body. A further purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for preparing said aqueous dispersion; a molded body manufactured using said aqueous dispersion; and a resorcin-formalin-latex adhesive. The present invention pertains to an aqueous dispersion of α－olefin-(meth)acrylic acid ester-based rubber particles, the aqueous dispersion containing an aqueous medium, a surfactant, and α－olefin-(meth)acrylic acid ester-based rubber particles, wherein the content of the surfactant is 1-15 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the α－olefin-(meth)acrylic acid ester-based rubber particles.
