Provided are an adhesive composition for a polarizing plate, a polarizing plate comprising the same, and an optical display apparatus comprising the same. The adhesive composition for a polarizing plate comprises: a (meth)acrylic-based copolymer polymerized with a monomer mixture including a (meth)acrylic-based monomer having a hydroxyl group, a (meth)acrylic-based monomer having a tertiary amine group, and a monomer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) higher than or equal to 100°C and a hardening agent. A gel fraction of formula 1 is greater than or equal to 50%, wherein the gel fraction (%) is equal to (WC-WA)/(WB-WA) multiplied by 100. Provided is the adhesive composition for a polarizing plate, having a high gel fraction.
