The present invention relates to an attachable and detachable type radiation inspection apparatus for non-destructive inspection of a welded portion of a water wall boiler pipe in a steam power plant. The attachable and detachable type radiation inspection apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a radiation unit, a detection unit and a control unit. The radiation unit is provided with a first moving platform installed to be attachable to or detachable from one surface of the water wall boiler pipe in the steam power plant needing the non-destructive inspection, and a radiation emitting unit installed in the first moving platform to move up and down and emitting radiation to the welded portion of the water wall boiler pipe. The detection unit is provided with a second moving platform installed to be attachable to or detachable from the other surface of the water wall boiler pipe opposite to the radiation unit from the water wall boiler pipe, and a radiation detection unit installed in the second moving platform to move up and down and detecting the radiation emitted by the radiation emitting unit. In addition, the control unit controls up and down movement of the radiation unit and detection unit to enable the radiation detection unit to detect the radiation emitted by the radiation emitting unit during the non-destructive inspection.
