The present invention relates to a device for preventing urinary incontinence. The device for preventing urinary incontinence has a simplified constitution, and can be easily worn and taken out by users while minimizing a sense of discomfort when the users are wearing the device. The device can be freely adjusted to fit the body of the users, and comprises: an upper device holding the penis to be at a right position while being placed on an upper side of the penis; and a lower device which is combined to a lower part of the upper device, and prevents urinary incontinence by pressing the urethral canal by step-wisely adjusting the size the lower device. |
