The present invention relates to an air conditioner using cooling energy and, more specifically, to an air conditioner using cooling energy, capable of discharging cold air, wherein gas passing through an inner chamber is cooled, to the outside through a pipe by cooling a liquid refrigerant filled in the inner chamber of a device in nigh time when there is a surplus of electric power. According to the present invention, the air conditioner using the cooling energy comprises: a box type housing; the pipe vertically installed to be embedded in the housing and controlling injection of air, air flow, and air discharge flow of the air cooled while flowing; a cooler installed in the housing and cooling an inner space of the housing so that the air flowing along a path of the pipe can be cooled; and a cold air control unit installed in the pipe and changing the temperature of the cooled air by the pipe by enabling outer air to flow inside and controlling an inflow rate of the outer air. |
