The present invention relates to cheese comprising gardenia seeds and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to cheese comprising gardenia seeds and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the cheese is manufactured by comprising crude milk containing 0.01-5% of gardenia seeds, so excellent activity of the gardenia seeds having a strong bitter taste is added to the cheese, and the original taste, flavor, and preference of the cheese are maintained or further improved, and thus, all ages and sexes can easily absorb excellent antioxidative activity of gardenia seeds in everyday life. |
