The present invention relates to a cable wound disinfection system applied to the inside of a waterworks pipe. The cable wound disinfection system comprises: a cable wrapping system for wrapping a cable connected with a camera unit for monitoring the inside of a pipe to feed and collect the cable into and from the pipe, and including a drum unit rotated by a first chain linked with the motor by means of the rotation of a motor connected with the drum unit to forwardly and backwardly driving a drum; an ultraviolet disinfection device for disinfecting a cable unwound from an upper side of the drum of the cable wrapping system; a second chain connected with a rotation axis of the motor; a guide axis rotation unit coupled with the second chain; a guide axis integrally coupled with the guide axis rotation unit, having an X-shaped screw thread, and rotated according to the forward and backward rotation of the motor; an ethanol cable guide unit capable of being moved to left and right by means of the rotation of the guide axis; and an ethanol disinfection device coupled with the ethanol cable guide unit to be moved to left and right, and disinfecting the cable by feeding ethanol while pulling out the cable. The cable is wrapped on the drum unit and is pulled out by penetrating through a cable hole of the ethanol disinfection device.
