PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording ink that has high storage stability or can record an image of high color optical density.SOLUTION: In an inkjet recording ink, composite particles containing a resin and a black pigment including a carbon particle having a hollow structure are dispersed. The carbon particle has at least one of features of (A) it is obtained by thermally decomposing lignin and (B) its surface has a porous structure. The ratio (D2/D1) of the volume average particle size (D2) of the composite particles in the inkjet recording ink to the average primary particle size (D1) of the carbon particles is ≥2 and ≤400. |
