A material softer than a material for constituting a shim (14) is used as a material for constituting a substrate (13), and after fixing the material for constituting the shim (14) on the surface of the material for constituting the substrate (13), (fig. 3(b)), the material for constituting the substrate (13) and the material for constituting the shim (14) are compressed by means of a press forming apparatus (15). Consequently, the material for constituting the substrate (13) is deformed by the material for constituting the shim (14), and a recess (13a) is formed at a position where the shim overlaps the substrate. The recess can be formed at low cost at the position where the substrate and the shim overlap each other. |
