<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a transparent film with a film forming method for protecting a colored film with a transparent film, and to improve the appearance of a formed film further. <P>SOLUTION: The film forming method includes a first step of forming a colored film to a base and a second step of applying a coating liquid containing a binder capable of forming a transparent film and a fading pigment onto the colored film.
