This motion guide device 10 is provided with: a track rail 11 having rolling body rolling grooves 11a formed therein; and a movable block 13 mounted to the track rail 11 with a plurality of rolling bodies 12 therebetween. The movable block 13 is provided with: a movable block body 14 having loaded rolling body rolling grooves 13a which form loaded rolling body rolling passages 15 in cooperation with the rolling body rolling grooves 11a, the movable block body 14 also having non-loaded rolling body rolling passages 16; return members 14a having formed therein inner peripheral-side direction change grooves 17a for connecting the loaded rolling body rolling passages 15 and the non-loaded rolling body rolling passages 16; and end plates 14b having outer peripheral-side direction change grooves 17b formed therein. The end plates 14b have rolling body scooping arms 41 protruding toward the surfaces where the end plates and the movable block body 14 are connected, and the rolling body scooping arms 41 have formed therein rolling body scooping grooves 42 continuous with the outer peripheral-side direction change grooves 17b. As a result of this configuration, the provided motion guide device is compact and achieves a high-speed and highly accurate guiding motion. |
