The determination unit determines whether or not the recording medium connected to the connection unit has a communication function for communicating wirelessly with an apparatus, which is different from the communication apparatus, using communication setting information that has been written into a specific recording region of the recording medium. The writing unit writes the communication setting information held by the holding unit into the specific recording region of the recording medium in a case where it has been determined that the recording medium connected to the connection unit has the communication function. |
