PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where a folder and the like to be operated are difficult to be found if folders and files of all users are displayed when a user having an administrative right accesses a storage device of a data processing device.SOLUTION: A data processing device determines whether a user has an administrative right and whether an access source is a local or network and, if an access is from the local, does not display folders of all users even if the user has an administrative right. The device displays the folders of all users only when a user having the administrative right performs access from the network. |
