Conventionally, there is no constitution of fixing a coating object (30) when spraying electrostatic powder toward the surface of the coating object (30) via compressed air, the coating object (30) is not securely fixed, and thus there is a problem in that the electrostatic powder coating state sprayed on the surface of a coating object (30) is not even. In order to fix the coating object (30) on the upper surface of a fixing disk (10) that rotates the coating object (30), so as to fix the coating object (30) by a wire (31), a fixture which is installed in the outer radius of a disk and in which a triangular hole is formed, a wire (31) passing through a fixing hole of a fixing pillar including the fixing hole in the upper part, and a coating object (30) are elastically fixed by generating tensile force by reducing the length of the wire (31) by a turnbuckle (33) at an end of one side of the wire (31). The present invention is designed such that the tension is controlled by a head machine (11) in order to uniformly maintain the tension of the wire (31) while fixing the coating objection (30) in the fixing disk (10), and thus even in case the surface of a coating object (30) varies, the coating object can be fixed with a constant tension. |
