According to the present invention, a complex waterproof structure comprises: a concrete primer layer for improving adhesion; a sheet waterproof layer waterproofing a base layer using a composite sheet; an application waterproof layer waterproofing the base layer; a lower non-woven fabric layer installed in an upper portion of the application waterproof layer; a rubberized asphalt layer bonded to the base layer; a special blocking film layer formed in the upper portion of the rubberized asphalt layer; an upper non-woven fabric layer formed in the upper portion of the special blocking film layer; and a release film layer. According to the complex waterproof structure with improved stability of a waterproof layer and the complex waterproofing method using the same, stability of a waterproof layer is improved.
