A high-manganese lightweight steel sheet with excellent wear resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The high-manganese lightweight steel sheet according to the present invention comprises: through a control of alloy components and aging treatment, by weight%, 25 to 45% of manganese (Mn); 0.2% or less of silicon (Si); 11 to 13% of aluminum (Al); 0.85 to 0.95% of carbon (C); and the remainder including iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities, wherein the steel sheet has a microstructure including austenite, ferrite, and β-Mn, and represents Vickers hardness (Hv) of 700 or more.
