The present invention relates to an evacuation guidance method for a train tire and an evacuation guidance device used thereto. The evacuation guidance method for a train tire comprises: a fire sensing step of allowing a heat sensor (1) and a smoke sensor (2) to transmit a fire sensing signal to a micom (3); a first event step of allowing the micom (3) to transmit a fire alarm to a display part (6); a second event step of allowing the micom (3) to inform people of the direction and position of a safety place through the display part (6) using lights and voices; a fire suppression step of suppressing a fire by operating a fire extinguishing device (5) using the micom (3); an information providing step of allowing the micom (3) to transmit fire situation information to a train control management system (TCMS) (8) through a transmitting and receiving part (7); a door opening monitoring step of monitoring whether passenger doors are opened in the TCMS (8) through a monitoring part (9); and an automatic opening step of automatically opening the passenger doors in the case that the opening of the passenger doors is not sensed.
