An embodiment of the present invention discloses a cartoon participation translation apparatus. The cartoon participation translation apparatus includes: a cartoon registration unit registering original cartoon data, in which text data and image data are separated and stored, in a database; a data selection unit selecting text data and image data included in the original cartoon data or translation cartoon data, in which a translation is added to the original cartoon data, individually; a translation editor provision unit providing, to a user terminal, a translation editor including a cartoon data display unit which displays the text data and the image data, and a text data edit unit which can input the translation for the text data; and a cartoon storage unit receiving a second language text inputted through the translation editor from one or more user terminals, and storing the text data, the image data, and the received second language text as the translation cartoon data. |
