The present invention relates to a system, an apparatus and a method for providing a shortcut connection service. The system provided by the present invention includes: a user terminal which receives an input of any one telephone number a terminal user inputs via a dialer, determines whether the compositional pattern of the telephone number matches up with a pre-established compositional pattern when a call button is input, transmits the telephone number via a data communication network without attempting a telephone call connection to the telephone number when the compositional pattern of the telephone number matches up with the pre-established compositional pattern; and the shortcut connection service providing apparatus which stores a shortcut connection information database including multiple pieces of shortcut connection information, multiple telephone numbers which have one-to-one correspondence to the pieces of the shortcut connection information and multiple pieces of telephone call connection screen information each of which is established for each of the telephone numbers, verifies whether the telephone number is included in the telephone numbers when the telephone number is received via the data communication network, and extracts any one among the pieces of the shortcut connection information and any one among the pieces of the telephone call connection screen information corresponding to the telephone number from the shortcut connection information database and transmits them to the user terminal.
