The present invention relates to a cell permeable peptide-anticancer agent conjugate and a cancer treatment composition containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a peptide-anticancer agent conjugate including an anticancer agent and a peptide multimer which includes a plurality of double-sided peptides. The present invention further relates to a cancer treatment composition including the same. According to the present invention, the peptide-anticancer agent conjugate shows outstanding delivery efficiency in cancer cells tolerant to the anticancer agents.
