PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emphasize a specific sound and suppress noise by using an acoustic signal which is acquired by arranging a general-purpose terminal device freely.SOLUTION: A sound acquisition section 31 transmits an acoustic signal which is picked up by sound pick-up means 301 to a server 1. A video acquisition section 32 transmits a video signal captured by imaging means to the server 1. A sound processing section 13 defines the acoustic signal of a plurality of channels to be input and generates a transmission acoustic signal by predetermined sound processing. A video selection section 15 determines a transmission video signal selected arbitrarily from a plurality of video signals. A sound distribution section 22 defines the acoustic signal of the plurality of channels to be input and transmits a distribution acoustic signal generated by predetermined sound processing to a plurality of clients 3. A video distribution section 24 transmits a distribution video signal selected arbitrarily from the plurality of video signals to the plurality of clients 3. A sound reproduction section 33 reproduces the distribution acoustic signal. A video display section 34 displays a distribution video signal. |
