摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to grasp the voltage drop quantity of a power storage device unless the polarization of the power storage device is solved in the case of charging the power storage device.SOLUTION: A charging system (20) includes: a voltage sensor (22) for detecting the voltage of a power storage device to be charged/discharged; and a controller (24) for allowing the power storage device to be charged during a predetermined time with constant currents. The controller subtracts the variation of the voltage of the power storage device after the occurrence of a voltage rise accompanied by polarization from the variation of the voltage of the power storage device during charging to calculate voltage drop quantity after the end of the charging.
