This invention has an object of providing a les barrel that contributes to improvement of shock resistance corresponding to an increase in zoom magnification, and in order to achieve this object, a lens barrel of this invention includes a first barrel member 11 including a first cam groove 11a and a first cam follower 11b, and a second barrel member 12 including a second cam follower 12b to engage with first cam groove and a second cam groove 12a to engage with first cam follower, the second barrel member performing relative rotation and relative movement in an axis direction of the rotation with respect to the first barrel member. |
