The present invention aims to provide a molded product manufacturing system and a molded product manufacturing method that allow a molded product to be released from the mold without much external force applied thereto. The present invention comprises: a molding module (2); a mold (11), including a bottom mold (10) and an upper mold (7); a cavity (12), provided in the bottom mold (10); a bottom surface member (9), constituting an inner bottom surface (14) of the cavity (12); a side surface member (8), constituting the inner side surface (13) of the cavity; a driving device, configured to open or close the mold (11); a lower part support (3); a support member (4), provided vertically on the lower part support (3); an upper part support (5), provided on an upper part of the support member (4); and an elevatable platform (6), equipped around the middle of the support member (4). A motor (16) mounted on the lower part support (3) and a motor (23) mounted on the elevator platform (6) are included in the driving device. The upper mold (7) is mounted on the upper part support (5), the side surface member (8) is in contact with the elevator platform (6), and the bottom surface member (9) is in contact with the motor (23). The side surface member (8) is elevated by the elevator platform (6) elevated by the motor (16). The bottom surface member (9) is elevated by the motor (23). |
