The present invention relates to a composition including a probe for detecting representative six viruses of acute pancreatitis, such as Norovirus (genogroup I, genogroup II), rotavirus, hepatitis A virus, coxsackievirus, astrovirus, and adenovirus; a DNA microarray including the composition, a kit, and a detecting method. The composition according to the present invention has high specificity and sensitivity to viruses, so the composition is effective. Moreover, compared to a conventional detecting method, the detecting method according to the present invention may simply detect cause viruses even at low costs without a high price diagnosis tool or an expert, so the detecting method according to the present invention may be useful in diagnosing acute pancreatitis cause viruses. |
