The present invention relates to a treadmill system with a running form correction function which increases exercise effects by inducing a correct running form of a user who is using a treadmill. The treadmill system of the present invention comprises: a treadmill which enables a user to walk or run while staying in the same place through a running belt rotated by driving force of a motor; a camera unit which is disposed on one side of the user to record the whole body of the user who is using the treadmill; a treadmill operating unit which controls the driving of the treadmill through data communications with the treadmill, and includes a video signal analysis unit, which generates video data by synthesizing a video signal received from the camera unit with a guide screen guiding the running form, and analyzes the video signal to determine the running form of the user; and a video output unit which is disposed in a front side of the treadmill, and outputs a video to the user who is running on the treadmill by receiving the video data. Accordingly, the treadmill system of the present invention is able to continuously correct the running form of the user who is using the treadmill while running, and to make the user be aware of the running form while exercising, thereby enabling the user to maintain the correct running form. |
