The present invention provides a crystalline solar cell with a high reliability, to improve efficiency and quality by reducing a contact resistance between a ribbon and a cell. According to the present invention, the crystalline solar cell comprises: a crystalline silicon photoelectric converter; an internal electrode placed on at least one surface of the photoelectric converter and including a metal electrically connected to the photoelectric converter; an auxiliary electrode formed on the upper surface of the internal electrode and including graphene electrically connected to the internal electrode; and an external electrode formed on the upper surface of the auxiliary electrode and including a metal electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. |
