Disclosed are a raw meat sampler and a production method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the raw meat sampler includes: a sampling part sampling raw meat; and a cover part covering the upper side of the sampling part. A first part and a second part make up the sampling part by being folded, and the first part, the second part, and the covering part are integrally formed. According to the present invention, the raw meat sampler is designed to protect raw meat samples collected in the sampling part from external moisture and other factors without uses of additional reinforcing materials, while maintaining strength of the sampling part. |
