PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device of a man-powered driving vehicle which is safely and easily usable, and to provide the man-powered driving vehicle.SOLUTION: A moving state of a man-powered driving vehicle is detected by a sensor 2, and a driving state of the man-powered driving vehicle is determined by a control part 3 based on the moving state of the man-powered driving vehicle detected by the sensor 2. A braking force of the brake of the man-powered driving vehicle is controlled so that a degree of deceleration of the man-powered driving vehicle is weakened based on the determined driving state of the man-powered driving vehicle during braking operation of the man-powered driving vehicle. |
