摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thrust slide bearing that can prevent annular sheet metal from deforming even if large force is applied to the annular sheet metal through a piston rod so as to reduce noise due to relative rotation of the piston rod, and can be made short by decreasing the number of components; and a combination mechanism between the thrust slide bearing and the piston rod.SOLUTION: A thrust slide bearing 1 comprises: a synthetic resin-made bearing body 16 including a cylinder part 4, an annular flange part 6, an annular projection part 8, a cylindrical projection part 13, an engagement projection part 14, and an annular projection part 15, respectively; an annular cover 28 including a disk part 24, a cylinder part 26, and an engagement projection part 27, respectively; annular sheet metal 34 including an outer disk part 32 and an inner disk part 33, respectively; and thrust slide bearing means 36 which is interposed between an annular lower surface 35 of the outer disk part 32 of the annular sheet metal 34 and the bearing body 16, and makes the annular sheet metal 34 rotatable in an R direction around the shaft center O of the bearing body 16 with respect to the bearing body 16.
