摘要 The present invention relates to a method to measure a friction coefficient of a specimen surface. According to the present invention, the method to measure the friction coefficient of the specimen surface comprises: a surface information obtaining step of obtaining surface information of the specimen using an atomic force microscope (AFM); a calculation step of calculating a friction coefficient data of the specimen surface using the surface information of the specimen; and a mapping step of mapping the friction coefficient data of the specimen to an image. Provided is the method to measure the friction coefficient of the specimen surface which is able to prevent an abrasion of a probe portion of the AFM; and obtain highly reliable friction coefficient using the specimen, the object to be measured, to calibrate the AFM, and measure the friction coefficient simultaneously.
