Disclosed is an electronic apparatus, comprising: a sensing unit sensing touch pen input and outputting a signal corresponding to the touch pen input; a display unit including first and second layers and displaying a graphical object on the first layer and a handwriting image on the second layer, based on the touch pen input; and a control unit controlling the display unit to change the display direction of the graphical object displayed on the first layer, based on the signal outputted by the sensing unit. The present invention provides an electronic apparatus with user convenience by automatically changing the direction of a graphical object.
