The present invention relates to a device for adjusting the height of a desk and a chair and, more specifically, a device for very simply and conveniently adjusting the height of a desk and a chair, which enables a user to immediately adjust the height only if the user pushes the head of a height adjustment button installed in an inner and an outer frame and then lifts up an upper plate of the desk or a seat of the chair. The device for adjusting the height of the desk and the chair comprises: the outer frame forming one insertion hole penetrated left and right on a surface while having an internal space; an inner frame inserted and installed into the outer frame, forming a plurality of height adjustment holes penetrated left and right on a surface while having an internal space, and forming a guide groove connected to the height adjustment holes; and the height adjustment button connecting a center of a second fixating unit, to which a spring is coupled on a rear side, to a center of a first fixating unit, to which a washer is coupled, via a guide bar, and forming the head to which an elastic spring is coupled on a rear side of the guide bar. The height adjustment button enables the user to make the insertion hole of the outer frame match with the height adjustment hole of the inner frame for coupling a fixating unit of a height adjuster, then to push the head to a front side for unlocking the fixating unit, and to adjust the height while moving the inner frame upwards or downwards. |
