Disclosed are a logistics transportation control method and a system and a device for performing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the logistics transportation control system comprises: a control server; a logistics transportation apparatus receiving a transportation command from the control server and being operated according to the received transportation command; and a situation recognition device which is mounted on the logistics transportation apparatus, analyzes a photographed image of a surrounding area of the logistics transportation apparatus so as to recognize an operation-stop situation of the logistics transportation apparatus, and transmits state information of the logistics transportation apparatus, related to the operation-stop situation, to the control server. The present invention provides a logistics transportation control method capable of automatically recognizing an operation-stop situation of a logistics transportation apparatus.
