摘要 Provided are a multi-layered ceramic chip component having a nano thin film layer which can be easily detachable from a mounting nozzle when vacuum pressure is removed after the nano thin film layer is adsorbed in the mounting nozzle, and a manufacturing method thereof. The multilayered ceramic chip component having a nano thin film layer comprises: a device unit including a ceramic main body and an inner electrode positioned inside the ceramic main body; an outer electrode unit including first and second outer electrodes having a side electrode for covering each of both side surfaces of the ceramic main body, an upper electrode for covering a part of each of both sides of an upper surface of the ceramic main body, and a lower electrode for covering a part of each of both sides of a lower surface of the ceramic main body; and the nano thin film layer made of an electrically insulated material, and formed by being coated in an area including the upper electrode.
