Disclosed is an underwater surveying tool. The underwater surveying tool in the present invention comprises: a transparent panel part whose lower side touches a water surface layer and upper side touches an atmospheric layer in a state of floating on the water surface in order to allow a worker to survey an underwater area above the water surface; and a barrier vertically surrounding the transparent panel part so that water does not flow to the upper side of the transparent panel part even though the transparent panel part sinks to a fixed depth from the water surface layer. According to the present invention, a worker who fishes at low tide can directly and clearly check fish, shellfish, etc. found below the water surface with the naked eye above the water surface. |
