The present invention relates to a cell culturing substrate for inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). According to the present invention, provided are a cell culturing substrate in which pillar-shaped structures each of which includes a flat surface and has a particular average diameter are arranged at regular intervals, and a distance from the center of one pillar to the center of an adjacent pillar is adjusted 4 to 30 μm, inclusive, wherein the cell culturing substrate may allow cells to be attached to and cultured on an upper side thereof; a method for screening a medicine by using the cell culturing substrate; a method for screening a patient-customized anticancer agent and a fibrosis treating agent, wherein the method comprises a step of treating or non-treating an anticancer agent candidate material on a cell separated from cancer tissue of a patient, and attaching and culturing the cell on the cell culturing substrate; and a method for producing the cell culturing substrate, wherein the method comprises a step of preparing an intermediate mold including a carbon polymer having a plurality of pillar-shaped structures patterned therein in an intaglio type. |
