An embodiment of the present invention relates to a shopping service providing apparatus which changes a rolling page, which is a part of a screen for providing a shopping service, depending on items included in the rolling page. The shopping service providing apparatus comprises: a background effect determining unit which searches for a background effect, which corresponds to an item, and determines the background effect as a background effect for the rolling page; and a background effect providing unit which applies the background effect of the rolling page to a frame of the rolling page. According to the present invention, purchasing desire of a user using an online shopping mall can be increased by applying a visual effect associated with an item outputted on the rolling page to the frame of the rolling page. |
