Disclosed are a nanofluid comprising a nanostructure having a multidimensional structure having high heat conductivity characteristics and high chemical stability while exhibiting high dispersibility, and a preparation method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the nanofluid comprising the nanostructure having a multidimensional structure comprises: a dispersing fluid; and a nanostructure having a multidimensional structure dispersed in the dispersing fluid.
