A caliper brake for a vehicle, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a disk; an inner plate arrayed near an inboard centering around the disk; an inner pad attached to the inner plate and generating a braking force when being in close contact with the disk; an outer plate disposed on an outboard symmetrical to the inner plate; an outer pad attached to the outer plate and generating a braking force together with the inner plate when being in close contact with the disk; a piston pressurizing the inner plate toward the disk; and a caliper housing including a cylinder unit which accommodates the piston and into which fluid is introduced on one side and a finger unit which pressurizes the outer plate toward the disk on the other side. A plurality of bleeding ports protrude from the outer surface of the caliper housing, and a bleeding screw is fastened to at least one of the bleeding ports, wherein the cylinder unit is formed in the caliper housing.
